Starco signs exclusive supply deal with Poland’s SaMASZ

Starco reports the signing of an exclusive agreement to provide complete wheel assemblies to Polish agricultural implement manufacturer, SaMASZ. This deal builds on Starco’s existing supply of rim and tyre assemblies for selected SaMASZ machines. The products supplied under the new agreement include Starco-designed agricultural tyres and steel rims manufactured at Starco’s manufacturing facility in Beli Manastir, Croatia. These will be assembled by Starco at the company’s facility in Poland and delivered inflated and tested subject to the customer’s specifications for Just-in-Time delivery and integration on SaMASZ equipment.

Established in 1984, SaMASZ has grown to become Poland’s largest manufacturer of agricultural and turf-care implements. The company’s product range includes over 300 different implement models, with a focus on mowers, tedders, rotary rakes, mixer-feeders and bale wrappers. From the company’s factory in Bialystok, SaMASZ products are exported to over 50 countries worldwide through a network of over 60 dealers in Poland and 70 overseas dealerships.

In addition to JIT supply to the SaMASZ plant, Starco will also supply spare parts to the Polish firm’s distributors and end-user customers via the Starco online shop.
