Davanti celebrating first anniversary in Essen

Davanti tyres aim to hold their own against mid-range and premium competition, but at a lower price point

The Davanti brand is celebrating its first anniversary at Reifen 2016 in Essen in May. Following displays at shows including the Performance Car Show and Tyrexpo Africa, Davanti visits Essen with what is described as a “growing global following”. Launched at Autopromotec 2015 in Bologna, UK-based Davanti has seen impressive growth across multiple continents and is seeking to attract the crowds in Germany as its launches a new range of winter car, van and SUV tyres.

As well as its winter range, Davanti will also be showcasing its DX240 and DX740 range. Both tyres are new additions to the existing comprehensive summer range and cover the small car and SUV markets respectively.

The DX240 is designed to offer “exceptional wet and dry grip” with high levels of straight line and cornering traction. On the other hand, the DX740 aims to prove that SUV can be quiet and balance of wet and dry grip, with “a smooth, comfortable and fuel efficient drive”.

Sean Maddocks, sales director of UK & Ireland, said: “Davanti is a young brand but it’s ambitious and exciting and the tyre industry is embracing it. Reifen will be a great opportunity for us to grow as Davanti has the potential to become a global player in the industry.”

At the Davanti stand located in Hall 5.0, Stand 5C18, visitors will be able to see products from the entire Davanti range and meet with Davanti representatives.
