Sice S1000 a ‘winning combination’, says Auto4

Sice S1000

The Sice range of garage equipment is exclusive to Auto4, and the Nottinghamshire-based tyre industry specialist boasts that the Sice line-up includes some of the most popular tyre changers and wheel balancers available in the market today.

As part of its growing equipment offering, Auto4 has introduced the Italian manufacturer’s new super-automatic, leverless Sice S1000 tyre changer. The list of standard features on the S1000 include a centre clamp that can accommodate rim sizes from 13 to 32-inches, automatic wheel positioning in relation to work tools, an ergonomic wheel lift to facilitate the easy positioning of all wheel types weighing up to 80 kilogrammes, an upper and lower hydraulic bead breaker that makes easy work of the hardest wheels and is kind to fitters’ backs, and no contact with the rim thanks to the Sice-patented automated revolver tool. These features make for a “winning combination,” comments Auto4.

“The S1000 is a tyre changer at the very top of its class for being able to safely operate on all types of wheels without ever coming to contact with the rim,” says Auto4. “It is exceptionally user-friendly and with its hydraulic movements guarantee precise, reliable and repeatable results every time. All processes that can be automated safely have been automated ensuring speed with controllability, in Top version it has also been built with TPMS sensors in mind making light work of all wheels – not just run-flats – making it a valuable addition to any professional workshop.”

According to Auto4, all tyre changers and wheel balancers it sells go through a strict PDI procedure pre-delivery, and each and every unit is delivered ready to plug and play. All quoted prices include delivery, installation and a two-year parts and labour warranty, plus training, as standard.
