Lassa launches three new tyres at Autopromotec
Lassa Tyres used Autopromotec as the platform from which to launch three new products as well as for showcasing 21 different types of tyre. Two of the new tyres are winter tyre patterns, namely CompetusWinter 2 and Wintus2. Lassa also presented its new medium commercial tyre, the Maxiways.
According to the company, the Competus Winter 2 is the improved version of the current Competus Winter, whereas Wintus 2 is the improved version of the Wintus, light truck winter pattern.
Lassa reports that all these tyres have been designed with Brisa’s latest tread and compound technologies, supported by heavy R&D investment and product testing in order to develop tyres capable of simultaneously delivering superior levels of performance in the key areas of safety, quality and durability. The new Lassa tyres are scheduled to be tested by TÜV-SÜD in September.
