Heuver Tyrewholesale launches new website, tyre app
New year, new website – Heuver Tyrewholesale has begun 2015 with the rollout of a completely new website and an accompanying tyre app. Heuver says both initiatives aim to optimise the tyre search and order process and are in line with the company’s vision of becoming the most customer-friendly tyre wholesaler, a process it began last year with the adoption of a more geographic approach within its marketing and customer service teams.
“For many years, our web-shop has demonstrated how important it is to have a presence in the digital world,” commented Bertus Heuver, director of Heuver Tyrewholesale. “This also applies to the tyre sector because more and more customers are discovering the convenience it offers. We have also listened to the experiences of our customers and critically evaluate what we are doing. This has resulted in a new website with even greater focus on search and ordering possibilities, as well as improved convenience when placing orders. This is a particularly important step because more and more customers are using the website via tablets and smartphones. We thus have a modern website with a solid and calm appearance, which features easy ordering options and a lot of information. We have also developed our own app, so customers can always check stock levels and prices no matter where they are, even when offline. This is part of our ‘service without limitations’ principle.”
The new site is designed to function on a range of devices, and has been optimised to allow customers to search for products in the quickest and easiest possible manner. The site also features additional information on a range of tyre-related issues. The new Heuver Tyres app – which is available from the Google Play and Apple App stores plus directly from the www.heuver.nl/app – offers, like the website, English, Dutch and German language options.
