Toyo relaunching European websites at Reifen 2014

Toyo Tire Europe GmbH, President Naoki Gonsui, has announced that all of the company’s websites will be re-launched on 27 May the opening day of the Reifen 2014 exhibition. Visitors to theexhibition will be able to explore the new website from the Toyo Tires booth in hall three.

Toyo Tire Europe currently manage 15 websites in Europe enabling them to reach 80 per cent of all inhabitants in their mother tongue. The total number of citizens who can find Toyo Tires information in a language they understand, is now more than 85 per cent of the population of Europe when second languages are taken into account.

The simultaneous launch of the new websites improves the visitor experience both visually and in terms of usability. Visitors are now presented with a cleaner looking site, focusing on key information, allowing them to find the information they are looking for more easily.

Feature rich menus including images and movies improve the visual acuity, allowing visitors to quickly access the very wide range of information contained on each website. A mobile version of the entire site is also available to reflect the high share of visits to Toyo websites now coming from mobile devices and tablets.

Digital marketing is one of the key drivers of future growth for Toyo Tire Europe. The EU Facebook page now has 50,000 fans, while across Europe, Toyo Facebook pages have more than 100,000 fans and are experiencing rapid growth. The European YouTube channel has also experienced high growth in viewer numbers this year and with further websites planned, brand salience in Europe is anticipated to continue to grow strongly and be capable of influencing consumers at point of purchase.
