Tyres On The Drive rolls out billboard campaign

Price and convenience are highlighted in the billboard campaign

Crewe-based online tyre retailer Tyres On The Drive has enlisted outdoor advertising specialist Out Of Home International to help promote its services with a series of billboard advertising. Starting yesterday, six sheet adverts have been strategically placed at forecourts across Yorkshire and the North West. The two-week campaign was launched to inform motorists of the company’s tyre purchasing and fitting facilities and highlights the convenience and cost savings of mobile tyre fitting compared with the traditional garage experience. The billboards promise prices “up to 40 per cent cheaper than the high street,” and a service that fits around home and work schedules.

“By placing Tyres On The Drive.com around garage forecourts, the company will effectively tap into their target market at a time when their services are most applicable,” commented Lee Dentith, CEO of Out Of Home International parent company, Media Agency Group. “Six sheet billboards are a great advertising media to position around multiple locations and communicate a message to key audiences.”

Tyres On The Drive was founded in 2011 by ex-Michelin manager Dominic Clark and currently operates in the North West, the Midlands and West Yorkshire. Tyres on the Drive enjoys a 9.8 out of 10 rating on Trust Pilot (based on 3,999 reviews at the time of writing), and the company’s aim of changing the traditional tyre purchasing model and level of service within the sector has seen it recognised with a number of awards. These include: Everline Future 50 Business, Northern Tech Rising Stars and The Hugh Sheriff’s Award for Innovation (Cheshire and Warrington).
