Maxam launches MS702 industrial tyre

Maxam Tire has announced a new addition to its industrial tyre range; the MS702 STR (Standard) resilient, solid tyre. The new tyre is designed for forklift truck and industrial applications. According to the company, the intention is for the product to become the reference tyre in its segment.

The MS702 was designed and developed at the company’s headquarters in Luxembourg, then manufactured under a strict quality control regime and thoroughly tested in the field before being released on to the market. The tyre is available in standard (black) and non-marking (white) versions and in all popular sizes from 5.00-8 to 8.25-15.

The MS702 boasts a nylon-reinforced construction for optimum stability, and a reinforced bead for more secure mounting. The tyre incorporates Maxam’s already-proven, multi-compound technology, which improves tyre longevity and cut resistance, as well as ensuring excellent traction and smooth running, thus reducing operator fatigue. These features are further enhanced by the modern tread design of the MS702.

Maxam’s CEO Ian Thomas said: “The MS702 has been designed and manufactured with the benefit of all of Maxam’s extensive knowledge and experience of industrial tyres. It combines exceptional performance with value for money and we are confident that it will prove to be a popular and valuable addition to our industrial tyre range.”
