Anglian Truck Tyre Management chooses UniSerV and e-Tablet

Date: 12th September 2013 Author: Admin Comments: 0

Essex-based Anglian Truck Tyre Management will be introducing CAM’s UniSerV application suite, featuring its e-Tablet and Document Manager modules, which will enable the commercial tyre specialist to create a seamless, streamlined, paperless process for its commercial tyre fitters, saving considerable administration time and money.

CAM’s e-Tablets, designed to originate a job off the device or equally, receive jobs from UniSerV’s Call Logging module, will help increase job processing effectiveness right through to invoicing. UniSerV will also underpin Anglian Truck Tyre Management’s digital information archive which will massively cut down on time spent trying to find hardcopy paperwork.

Tony Wilmot, general manager of Anglian Truck Tyre Management, comments, “We’ve used CAM’s software for over 15 years since day one of our computerisation so it was a natural progression to sign up to its UniSerV Document Manager and e-Tablet solution. We believe the system will help us to offer our customers the best support services on the market and will cut down on manual entering of information, saving time and money on paperwork and making our mobile fitters’ lives easier on the road.”

Mike Allen, managing director of CAM Systems, says, “The UniSerV suite has been designed with near real-time updating of stock and invoicing in mind, making commercial functions speedier, more robust, less costly to process and, ultimately, easier and cheaper to manage.”
