MAM to exhibit at CV Show

Date: 13th March 2013 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

MAM has announced plans to showcase its latest tyre market solutions at the forthcoming CV Show. Autopart Tyres, which is designed for tyre distributors, auto-centres, garages and workshops, will be a primary focus, according to the company. Built around MAM's powerful Autopart management application, the suite comprises a number of innovative components that can be combined into a single integrated system.

MAM Software reports that it has “made significant investment in its tyre industry solutions” in the last 12 months MAM Software. Recent developments include: EU tyre labelling; EDIWheel electronic ordering; integrated SMS texting and email; warehouse management; integrated parts catalogue, service intervals & repair times; VRM and postcode lookup; flexible month/year end; and powerful business intelligence software.

Perhaps the most significant development has been an innovative new cloud solution. Hosted in a secure datacentre and accessed over the Internet, Autopart Online Tyres simplifies IT infrastructure and helps companies to achieve tangible cost savings. Offering the same functionality as traditional ‘on-premise’ systems, Autopart Online Tyres eliminates the burden of maintaining server infrastructure. Rather than buying servers and software upfront, they are subscribed to on a flexible per-user basis.

“We are excited to showcase our latest innovations in the tyre market” said Nigel Clemett, director of sales and marketing at MAM Software. “As the leading trade show for the commercial vehicle industry, the CV show presents the perfect opportunity to network with a wide range of existing and potential customers.”
