RH Claydon’s extensive product portfolio includes Sailun, Jinyu

Date: 15th October 2012 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

Independent tyre wholesaler, RH Claydon may have built a name for itself as a distributor of larger agricultural and commercial vehicle tyres, with the longest authorised distributor deal for BKT in the UK, but the company also sees itself as a true “one-stop shop”, whether the customer needs consumer, off-highway or truck tyres. Business director, John Parker explains the company’s wide range of brands and fitments allows it to meet the requirements of the distributor/service provider and end user alike for the UK and Northern Ireland market place.

Major brands in the company’s consumer range include Aurora, Zeta and Lassa (in Scotland only). Aurora is a Hankook brand, and is exclusive to RH Claydon for the UK; the wholesaler’s confidence in the product is such that is provides its RHC Lifetime Guarantee. More recently, RH Claydon has introduced a comprehensive range of Sailun and Jinyu products to compliment the Zeta offering.

In off-highway applications, RH Claydon offers BKT’s vast range, amongst others which covers all kinds of off-road applications in various radial and crossply models. Galaxy and Primex from the Alliance Tire Group are exclusive to the wholesaler, and RH Claydon says the Galaxy brand’s ability to attract OE supply contracts to prestigious manufacturers is evidence of its quality.

In the light and heavy truck tyre market, RH Claydon supplies Infinity, Lassa, Linglong, Pace and Zeta brands, with Infinity truck tyres supplied exclusively through the wholesaler. The brand is marketed under the Infinity Dealer Partner Network, offering an extensive programme complete with a price, marketing, rewards and support package.
