KRT to show exclusive brands, launch new agri range at Brityrex

Date: 21st August 2012 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

Visitors to the Kings Road Tyres (KRT) stand at Brityrex will be able to view a broad range of brands covering applications for truck, bus, agricultural, OTR and industrial fitments – a portfolio the company has built up on the back of four decades’ involvement in the wholesale sector and productive, long-term distribution relationships developed with some of the world’s leading tyre makers. KRT says it will use Brityrex as a focus to promote a number of its exclusive brands, including Matador and Aeolus truck tyres, the Taurus agricultural range and the latest AT/3 and S/T MAXX patterns in its Cooper 4×4 line-up. During the show the company will also launch a new, as yet undisclosed, agricultural tyre that will supplement its already extensive portfolio in this sector.

“We will have a major multi-brand presence at Brityrex with the latest from Matador, Taurus, Cooper 4×4 and Aeolus Truck Tyres,” shares Tim Bader, the company’s purchasing and marketing manager. “As the UK’s top tyre event it will be a great opportunity to demonstrate our extensive ranges of exclusive brands across the market sectors we are strongest in, truck, bus, agricultural, industrial and 4×4 applications.”

Aeolus and Antyre to debut with new commercial products

Chinese manufacturers Aeolus and Antyre will exhibit in their own right for the first time at Brityrex in Manchester. This will provide the opportunity to talk in-depth and face-to-face with the trade about the quality and value available to commercial users.

Aeolus is among the longest-established Chinese tyre manufacturers, having begun production in 1965. Since then it has developed into a worldwide brand with a growing presence in the UK. Recently, the company gave its presence here a boost with the launch of a new dedicated website. With this site the tyre maker hopes to improve awareness and knowledge of its extensive range of specialist tyre applications; www.aeloustyres.co.uk includes size, application and technical details for the comprehensive ranges of Aeolus TBR and OTR products covering regional haul, long haul, mixed service and city urban products for commercial vehicle, coach, city buses, low loaders, semi-trailers and tippers. Aeolus also supplies a wide range of OTR tyres for an extensive variety of applications, from quarry to high speed cranes. During the show the company will premiere the launch of its new wider casing steer and drive axle tyres for commercial applications.

Antyre, produced by Qingdao Fullrun Tyre, is an emerging truck and bus tyre range that will make its debut as an independent brand at Brityrex International 2012. Introducing the brand and building awareness among TBR stockists and fleet buyers is the company’s major objective. A range of products will be on show on the Antyre stand, including the new patterns TB1000 in size 385/55R19.5 and TB2000 in 445/45R19.5 plus 435/50R19.5.

KRT is exhibiting on Stand 21A with Uniroyal Truck Tyres on Stand 75, Aeolus, Stand 45 and Antyre, Stand 18.
