Michelin launches agricultural tyre website

Date: 26th July 2012 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

Michelin have launched a dedicated farming website for the UK and Ireland. Michelin-agricultural-tyres.co.uk contains technical information for every size of tyre in Michelin’s extensive agricultural range. This includes recommended pressure settings and load ratings, available to download 24/7 at the click of a mouse or swipe of a finger.

The site also incorporates an online tyre selection tool to help customers specify the optimum tyre for their specific machinery and intended application. A search function can also find the nearest Michelin Exelagri dealer.

Other features on the website include a learning section, which offers practical advice on topics ranging from how to understand sidewall markings, to the benefits of optimising tractor tyre set-up and safe tyre storage.

The website covers Michelin’s complete range of tyres for tractors, combine harvesters, sprayers, trailers and Compact Line equipment, which includes telescopic handlers, backhoe loaders, excavators, all-terrain forklifts and skid-steer loaders.
