New wireless mobile lifts from Blitz Rotary

Date: 3rd April 2012 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

The Commercial Vehicle show 2012 will provide Blitz Rotary with the perfect environment to launch their new light capacity HydroLift S2 6.2 Tonne capacity wireless mobile column lifts.

The new lift is an important addition to the comprehensive range of Blitz Rotary commercial vehicle lifting equipment now available, including the very popular, 8.2 tonne capacity wireless mobile column lifts, recently launched at the Coach and bus live show.

At home in large or small CV workshops and service bays etc, mobile column lifts offer maximum flexibility; the HydroLift S2 lifts are easily manoeuvred and they are able to lift the smallest vans up to the largest commercial vehicles, wherever they are parked.

Designed and engineered in the USA, the HydroLift S2 range is assembled in the UK. It is simple for operators to use and to set up, especially with its user friendly controls and Blitz Rotary says it is over 30 per cent faster than similar lifts.

With an on board battery charger for the 24V DC electric motor, there are no wires to clutter up the service bay floor, enabling full mobility on any concrete surface.

Wireless exclusive controls means there is no master or slave column, therefore the lifts can be controlled from any column. With a four, six or eight column configuration, they can accommodate light duty passenger vehicles right up to large heavy duty PSV & CVs.

The columns can be used singly, in pairs, or all together and other features include adjustable forks to cope with varying wheel sizes, a programmable height limiter and a two speed lowering system.

They can be easily moved around the workshop, utilising the automatic steering system and there is no need to manually pump the jacks up to move the columns in and out. A handy addition are the two fork lift truck pockets built into the column, which enables them to be picked up and conveniently moved around the workshop.
