Infinity’s Nigerian promotion
Infinity Tyres has completed its tenth annual December promotion in Nigeria. Themed as “Value Drive”, the company distributed scratch-cards after any tyre or battery purchase from its 11 nationwide outlets. Vikas Bahl, Infinity Tyres’ head of Marketing, said that in previous years: “we have organized successful promos and we have seen their effect on our customers, their countenance, and consequently, their loyalty to the brand. We believe that our customers are highly valuable and for this reason, their loyalty to Infinity Tyres should be appreciated at the end of every year, through programmes like this”.
Kanwal Bjawa, executive director of Infinity Tyres stated that Nigeria, “though competitive, is highly favourable for companies that deliver products and services of excellent quality”. Arshi Chadha, managing director of Infinity Tyres in Nigeria, commended customers all over the country and stressed that they were “the reason why this promo had been so successful”. He also said that Infinity’s position in Nigeria is a result of the “high quality products and services it has been offering the Nigerian market for over three decades”.
Infinity’s ‘Value Drive’ promo is an instant gratification scheme which allows customers to win prizes including sums of cash, tyre services like wheel balancing, wheel alignment and nitro-filling. Infinity will run the promotion again in December 2012.
