Brighton retailer signs up for Cameo system

Date: 1st September 2011 Author: Admin Comments: 0

Brighton’s Blackrock Tyres has signed up for Cameo from Cam Systems, a software platform that allows tyre retailers to reduce their reliance on paper and streamline business tasks. The company’s director Keiren Saitta used the Cameo application for 10 years with a previous employer: “Cameo is really easy to use and is excellent for running the business. It provides me with all the accounting, stock control and point of sale functions I need and has completely got rid of the need for pen and paper!”

The Cameo suite covers point-of-sale, customer management, products and pricing, stock control, depot management, through to integrated ledgers and real-time reporting and management views.  It aims to provide Blackrock Tyres with fast, accurate information, exerting total control and transparency across the business, enhancing the operation and its customer service further.

Mike Allen, managing director of Cam Systems, adds: “Cameo is ideal for smaller, younger companies which want to run their operations as tightly as possible, as it provides them with access to all the functions they require for running their businesses day-to-day.  Equally, it is a solution that is scalable and can expand as the business grows, while retaining its efficiency and ease of use.”
