Kraiburg presents revised pattern programme

Date: 5th August 2011 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

In June Kraiburg Austria revealed details of its new revised Pattern Programme for 2011/2012. The current programme shows the availability of the individual product lines, K_base, K_plus or K_tech, at a glance.

A colour coding system also allows direct and rapid identification of the patterns – even if they are available in two different lines. As always, blue has been used for the all-round line K_base. Green indicates the technology line K_tech. And yellow is the colour of choice for the high-performance premium line K_plus.

A new feature to the right of the pattern identifier is the addition of self-explanatory symbols providing information about the different axle positions and recommended uses. The table below shows the widths and lengths in which the tread sections are available. Another feature designed to assist the user is the application information system which has been introduced alongside the list of tread patterns.

Towards the back of the list our retreading partners can also find information about the Kraiburg EM retread product range and about its K_side technology. This sidewall remoulding can be customised and enhances the appearance of pre-cure retreads to such a significant extent that they look similar to new tyres.

“Our new list of tread patterns is a resource which will make life easier for the retreading partners and enable them to work even more efficiently than before”, commented sales and marketing manager Holger Düx.

The 2011/2012 Pattern Programme is also be for download at a newly refreshed kraiburg-retreading.com.
