AME shows a new take on logo at India show

Date: 2nd August 2011 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

AME International unveiled a new logo, as part of the opening of the recent Tyrexpo India show in Chennai. The Brooksville, Florida-based manufacturer of tyre changing tools and equipment modified the background of the logo to reflect the colors of the Indian flag. “Our modification to the logo is a temporary change, to show our dedication to developing the market in India,” said Keith Jarman, president of AME, who attended the exhibition in Chennai. “The logo has been well received here at the show and I expect that we will continue to use for marketing here in India.”

Tyrexpo India, held 5-7 July was the first time AME had exhibited at a trade fair in India. The response was overwhelming and many attendees were interested to see tools and technologies that can make their work easier. “Tools that we take for granted as being well known are being seen for the first time in many cases.  There are large companies changing earthmover tyres by hand, in some cases taking several people a full day to dismount one tyre,” commented Jarman.

The company also announced it will participate again at the next Tyrexpo India, 9 – 11 July 2013.
