Falken takes top Micheldever dealers to Nurburgring 2011

Falken Tyres recently took a group of top Micheldever tyre dealers to the world renowned Nurburgring 24 hour race, an event that is followed by hundreds of thousands around the world. Micheldever’s guests enjoyed VIP hospitality as they were entertained in the Mercedes Benz suite over the weekend by Falken.

Over the course of the weekend guests dined exclusively in the Nurburgring museum at the circuit, competed in go-karting events, and enjoyed cocktails on the Saturday evening as the race went into the night. Following the end of the race guests were taken out in drift taxis with Falken’s drift team where they enjoyed exhilarating laps of a specially created circuit at the hands of the drift professionals.

Ken Tyler from Bridgewater Tyres and Exhausts who attended the event as Micheldever’s guest commented: “The trip was fantastic…I loved every minute of it. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to make the trip special. As the sixth largest tyre Manufacturer in the world, this magnificent stage was perfect to display the brand’s sporting credentials.”

With Falken establishing themselves as the main sponsor of the Nurburgring 24hr race, Micheldever reports that it will continue to run this popular incentive with its Falken dealers in coming years and have promised to make next year’s customer event even better with additional features.

The ADAC Nurburgring endurance race has been part of Micheldever’s events calendar for several years now and is one of the most popular incentive trips they run. Guests qualified based on achieving the highest percentage to their targets.
