HiQ free fuel giveaway for survey participant

Date: 24th February 2011 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

HiQ has announced the winner of its free fuel promotion, designed as an incentive to fill in customer satisfaction surveys. The network says the “Mirror Hanger” campaign – so called because the surveys are left on the rear-view mirrors of customers’ vehicles – should help improve customer service levels across its 150 UK centres. It awarded Kevin Whittle, of Deeside £1,500 worth of free fuel, having completed a survey at his nearby HiQ Queensferry centre before Christmas.

The HiQ Mirror Hanger campaign has targeted 3,500 customers since being introduced in November 2009, with more than 70 per cent of HiQ’s 150 centres taking part. HiQ’s commercial manager Farrell Dolan said: “We’d like to congratulate Kevin, who we hope to see at one of our HiQ centres again soon. On a wider level, our mirror hanger campaign is a vitally important component in our long term aim to improving customer satisfaction levels.

“We already have strong standards, but we need to constantly improve what we do on a daily basis. It is vitally important to keep talking to motorists directly if the network was to maintain its position of trust in the automotive industry. All forms of feedback are vital to us and underline the progress that we are making as a franchised proposition.”
