Infleet Celebrates 800th Tyre Service Provider

Date: 5th November 2010 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

APT Tyre Distributors Ltd of Goole in Yorkshire has become the 800th tyre service provider to enrol into the Infleet network. APT Tyres owner Alan Payling signed the service agreement after successful negotiations with the Infleet sales manager David Tattler. The news marks rapid expansion for the fleet business which announced its 500th provider just over 18 months ago.

Payling commented: “At APT Tyres we pride ourselves on being able to offer both roadside and general tyre maintenance programmes on a 24/7 basis and the Infleet business model perfectly fits our own strategic direction. We are delighted to be part of such a comprehensive and professional network and in fact we have already started to service Infleet customers.”

Infleet is now an established tyre service provider both in the UK and with the help of their European Service Provider, in 28 different Continental countries.

The Infleet call centre is managed by the RAC and it’s Commercial Division (RAC Commercial Vehicle Assistance) to provide assistance for its members and its corporate customers. RAC has an unrivalled reputation as one of the UK’s most progressive motoring organisations and David Tattler says “RAC is the ideal partner to help us handle the additional complications of breakdowns and accidents.”
