BEN Benefits From Trade Garage Equipment Golf Day

Date: 11th October 2010 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

Garage equipment specialists Trade Garage Equipment Limited recently held the organisation's first annual Golf Day, at the superbly appointed Lingdale Golf Club, close to TGE's headquarters at Shepshed. The event was hosted by TGE Chairman Keith Fairlie and it was held in order to celebrate a successful year's business and say "thank you" to the company's leading suppliers. These include such well-known names as Rotary Lift, SPX, Maha, Hofmann Megaplan, Alentec Orion, amongst many others.

Ian Leatherland, from group members Hex Holdings, picked up the individual award, group members Bullworthy’s won the team event and Bryan Wilkinson, also from Hex, was the nearest the pin. An excellent Gala Dinner was held after the day’s golf and this included the ‘Grand BEN Raffle’, with several attractive prizes up for grabs, including a round of golf for four people at the world-famous Belfry Golf Club. All in all, it was an enjoyable day and the Trade Group raised £300 for BEN.
