NR Evans Fitters Complete Bridgestone’s Roadside Technicians Course

Last month NR Evans put the first of three engineers through Bridgestone’s Roadside Technicians course. Martin Jones (based at NR Evans’ Aldridge site) became the 410th technician to complete the Bridgestone course and gain the National Roadside Scheme ID Card administered by the IVR UK Ltd (Institute of Vehicle Recovery).

Daniel Muller, Transport Manager at NR Evans’ Aldridge depot said: “Martin is an experienced engineer, but he has benefitted from the training offered by Bridgestone UK. The safety and training of our staff is of paramount importance to NR Evans so we are pleased to utilise the training offered by Bridgestone.”

N R Evans Distribution operates seven centres located throughout the UK provide an efficient national and international distribution network whilst also offering local support to customers. NR Evans has been using Bridgestone tyres (through the Truck Point network) since 2005.
