Stapleton’s – Delivering High Performance

Date: 19th May 2010 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

As one of the largest distributors of passenger car tyres in the UK, Stapleton’s offers customers a comprehensive selection of high performance tyres. The company stocks ultra high performance ranges from all premium brands such as Bridgestone, Continental, Dunlop, Goodyear, Pirelli and Michelin, as well as offering customers a wide choice of good value own-brand high performance tyres. Stapleton’s exclusive and private brand ranges include Prestivo, Matador, Nexen and Primewell.

Over the past 18 months, Stapleton’s has invested heavily in a Range Planning Task Force whose main aim is to ensure that Stapleton’s has the widest range of high performance tyres available across each of its seven distribution centres at any one time. The Range Planning team was implemented following extensive research into what customers are looking for. With ease of purchase and availability ranking highly, Stapleton’s reports it has responded and is already enjoying the rewards of listening to customers and making the extra investment.

“It is clear to us that our customers want the right product, in the right place, at the right time, for the right price,” said Steve Parker, Stapleton’s trading director. “For us, to be able to offer that level of service, we must first ensure we operate to those high standards ourselves. High Performance tyres are a large part of the market and we have adapted our operations to deal with the demand for them.”

Stapleton’s adds that its commitment to customer service and delivery turnaround times means customers can rest assured they have a distributor they can rely on to supply the tyres that they want at the prices they need. The company runs a fleet of vehicles from seven locations, offering nationwide deliveries on a twice-a-day, same-day or next-day delivery basis, depending on location, and has increased the number of delivery routes across the country to further enhance its same-day and next day delivery options.
