VAG Approval For Beissbarth Tyre Changer

Date: 11th December 2007 Author: Admin Comments: 0

Beissbarth has received approval from the VAG group – comprising Audi, VW, Seat and Skoda – for its MS67 tyre changer.

The MS67 was launched last year and has been an instant success says Beissbarth UK’s managing director Philip Hodges: “We are delighted with this latest accolade for the MS67. Customers have been quick to spot the huge benefits of this model, designed to meet the ever-present health and safety regulations, and provide a fast and efficient service for technicians and customers.”

Designed for low profile, run flat tyres and wide wheels, the MS67 offers safe and simple tyre changing, even for the most difficult tyre and rim combinations. A key safety feature of this model is pneumatic lift which raises the tyre onto the table, which ensures that the manual handling of tyre and wheel assemblies is kept to a minimum. Operational advantages include a fast and precise hydraulic unit for simultaneous breaking of both beads, even with the hardest run flat tyres.

Effortless handling is made possible by the central control unit and simple wheel clamping by a centring flange. A quick air filler is part of the standard delivery package as well as a profiled mounting lever.

Approved by all leading tyre manufacturers the MS67 gives the technician full control of his operation for wheel rim sizes up to 30″ and rim widths up to 20″.
