Motaquip Boosts Service Team
Aftermarket parts supplier Motaquip has appointed Martin Terry to its customer service team. He has worked within the Peugeot Motor Company for more than 10 years and replaces Debbie Rowley as telesales supervisor while she takes maternity leave. According to customer services manager John Truman: “The customer service team is integral to maintaining Motaquip’s on-going relationship with its customers. Martin will be responsible for continuing to build strong relationships with our factor customers, ensuring queries are resolved to a high quality standard whilst offering excellent support to facilitate our customers’ businesses.”
