Toyo to Raise Truck, Bus, OTR Tyre Prices

(Akron/Tire Review) Toyo Tire USA Corp. will raise prices on medium truck, bus and OTR tires, effective 1 April. Commercial (medium truck and bus) tyre prices will increase by 5 per cent, and OTR tyre prices will be bumped up 7 per cent.

“Toyo Tires has made every effort to maintain stability in our product pricing for this market,” said Steve Weinger, senior vice president, sales and marketing, at Toyo. “However, escalating costs of raw materials, as well as transportation costs, has dictated this price increase.”
