Management Changes At Goodyear Dunlop in Brussels
Pietro Saletta (38) has been named as marketing director of Truck Tyres for Goodyear Dunlop Tires Europe BV, responsible for the European Union, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He follows Benjamin Willot, who has taken over the position of director of original equipment sales & marketing consumer tyres for the same areas.
Pietro Saletta attained a doctorate in the field mechanical engineering at the University of La Sapienza in Rome and began his career in his home country of Italy. In 1996 he joined Goodyear Dunlop Italy joined as a product manager for passenger car tyres and became sales and marketing director in 1998. In 2001 he became marketing manager for all the company’s brands passenger car tyre brands in Italy. Before he was promoted into his latest position Pietro Saletta was director responsible for agricultural and industrail tyres in Italy. He will work from Goodyear Dunlop Tires Europe’s headquarters in Brussels.
