Marangoni Adds New Locations to Ringtread Network

(Akron/Tire Review) Marangoni Tread North America Inc. has added four new Ringtread plants in the Northeast, Sourtheast, North Central and Northwest regions of the US

Two of the new plants were converted from competitive precure systems, said Marangoni, while the other two are additional facilities opened by existing Ringtread dealers.

The new plants include: Jewell Tire Center in South Paris, Maine; Ray’s Tire in Green Bay, Wis.; Hill Tire Co. in Valdosta, Ga.; and Les Schwab in Spokane, Wash.

Hill Tire has been a Ringtread dealer since 2002, and its new Valdosta location will serve as its second Ringtread plant. Les Schwab’s second Ringtread manufacturing plant will be installed in Spokane in early May.

With these additions, there will be 20 Ringtread plants in the U.S. and Canada, according to Marangoni.
