Bandag Declares Quarterly Dividend

Bandag Incorporated’s board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.33 per share on the company’s Common Stock, Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock payable 20 April for shareholders of record at the close of business on 28 March.
