Tech International Appoints Mark Noble

Michael R. Chambers, Chief Executive Officer of Tech International, has announced the appointment of Mark Noble to the position of Vice President – Strategic Planning and Business Development for the Tech Group of Companies. Noble will concurrently serve as Managing Director of Tech Europe, based in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.

Chambers commented, “Over the past several months, Tech has undergone a major global corporate restructuring. Mr. Noble will now be focusing his efforts on Tech Group Company strategic and development issues on a global basis.

We are confident that Mr. Noble will drive these global initiatives given his wealth and depth of experience in these areas.” Noble operated his own business for 10 years, was a Senior Executive with the Northern Ireland Government advising on industrial development, and a Senior Executive within the Armaments Industry.

He has earned his Masters Degrees in Business and International Marketing and Industrial Management. Robert Overs, Tech International’s Chief Operating Officer, commented, “The appointment of Mr. Noble to this position will bring credibility, intuition and world class business development experience to our Tech Global Group of Companies.
