NTDA Golf Day results

On Thursday 1 June, more than 50 players from NTDA member companies, and their guests, gathered at the Mere Golf and Country Club to participate in the Tyre Industry Golf Day, which provided them with an opportunity to both meet up with old friends and make new ones.
By all accounts the day took place in fine weather and some excellent scores were recorded which made for a very competitive tournament. The James Braid designed course was reportedly in pristine condition and proved a real challenge, even for some of the more accomplished golfers present.
Following the day’s play, a prize-giving Dinner was held in the Mere Suite. During the meal a three figure sum was raised for charity.

- Harold Fullwood Bowl (Division 2): Andy Wickham, Lodge Tyre Co. Ltd – 31 Pts
- Runner up: Carl Naylor, Pirelli Tyres Ltd – 31 Pts
- Stanley Gorrill Memorial Trophy (Division 3): Alison West, Group Tyre – 37pts
- Runner up: Richard Allen, International Tyres and Trading Ltd – 34 Pts
- Guest winner: Will Bramley 39 Pts
