M-Sport Wheels wins Tyresure’s free TPMS training session

Training is seen as a key part of developing TPMS awareness across the market

Following a competition recently held by Tyresure at the Automechanika exhibition for the chance to receive a free TPMS training session, the winner has now been confirmed as M-Sport Wheels Ltd. The business will receive comprehensive training from Tyresure’s TPMS experts, providing them with in-depth knowledge and IMI certification, once a suitable date has been arranged.

Held at Tyresure’s training facility at their head office in Whetstone, Leicestershire, the first workshops have received positive feedback from participants. James Dolden from Alloywheels.com, who attended the very first training session, said he thought the course was “very thorough and informative, covering all the different aspects of TPMS – from best fitting practices to vehicles relearns, with a good mix of practical and theoretical learning.”

Tyresure’s IMI-accredited training course is designed to teach TPMS on a personalised level, allowing participants to ask questions and learn directly from industry professionals – helping sales teams to increase their understanding of the products they sell, as well as giving servicing centres and tyre bays the information they need to work safely with TPMS.

Dolden added: “The facilities and course instructors were excellent. We most certainly gathered plenty of useful information which we can put into practice straight away in our business. I would certainly recommend this course for anybody wanting to learn more about TPMS.”
