Brake Engineering to display increased caliper coverage at Automechanika

Brake Engineering has introduced eight new brake calipers and one pair of brake discs to its range. The additional brake calipers are part of Brake Engineering’s original colour painted caliper range for the independent aftermarket and include two new grey painted calipers for the Vauxhall Insignia (2009) and four new black painted calipers for Audi A6, A7, RS6, RS7, S6 and S7 (2010), and S4 (2009).

The range has been specially designed to match the caliper colour originally fitted on a vehicle making it easier for technicians and providing added customer reassurance that the part will fit first time, every time.

Furthermore, two calipers offering more coverage have also been introduced and are suitable for the following vehicle applications Peugeot 508 and 508 sw, and Citroen C5 (2011), and the new brake discs cover the Fiat 500L, 500L MPW and 500L Trekking (2013).

All of the new caliper additions have been remanufactured in line with stringent procedures including the identification of an acceptable core, before replacing all worn parts with 100 percent brand new components including pistons, seals and sliders.

Brake Engineering’s complete product range will be demonstrated to customers by experts at Automechanika Birmingham on stand 19E80 from 6-8 June.
