Vipal Rubber exhibiting at 20th Tires & Rubber Expo in Russia

Retreading materials supplier is exhibiting at the 20th edition of the Tyres and Rubber Expo, which runs from 24 – 27 April 24 in Moscow, Russia.

The VT820 and VT220 tread designs will be some of the new products Vipal will be exhibiting. The VT820 is a drive design recently released by Vipal, indicated for use on paved and unpaved roads, for vehicles that travel at low speed. Recommended for medium and long distances, the VT220 was developed with a special high-tech compound to support low temperatures. The tread has the Alpine Symbol certification and features transverse grooves for greater stability to the blocks and traction power.

Vipal works with a wide range of treads in addition to the VT820 and VT220, which are developed according to the needs of different markets where it operates and serving many different applications, offering excellent cost per kilometer. The brand’s proprietary treads are among these, such as the DV-RT4, DV-UM3, DV-RL, VRT3 and DV-RM.

Vipal´s Retreading Line also offers several other solutions, like Camelback, a die size rubber with excellent molding and curing properties; Orbitread strip rubber, specifically developed for strip winding systems providing a stable extrusion an constancy on production; and Orbicushion, Envelopes, Cushion Gum among others.

Vipal also counts with its exclusive Repair Line. Some of the highlights are the RAC repair units, built with layers of nylon plies, and the RA  repair units, which includes aramid fibres in its composition, a textile reinforcement used in bullet-proof vests, seat belts, automotive armouring and other products requiring a high level of resistance, five times stronger than steel.
