After 10 years of collaboration, Tructyre has acknowledged Bandvulc’s position as a “strategic partner” in its business.
In 2014 Tructyre embarked on an aggressive three-year business plan following on from their acquisition of P K Commercial Tyres in 2012. According to Tructyre, when the plan was instigated it was key that their strategic partners were on board. With 10 years of partnership behind them, Tructyre reports that “the relationship has flourished even further in the last three years with proactive initiatives in distribution, product (launch of Tructyre’s Re-Trak range), tyre management and service.”
That’s why Bandvulc was presented with Tructyre’s Strategic Partner Award in February 2017 and why Glenn Sherwood, MD of the Tructyre Group of Companies commented:
“We are delighted with the outcome of our three-year plan, despite quite often difficult political, global and economic challenges. The success of this, apart from our own associates, would not have been possible without our Strategic Business Partners, and we thank Bandvulc for their support over this time and look forward to continued developments in the future”.
Commenting on this prestigious award, Phil West, Group Commercial Director for the Bandvulc Group added; “We have worked with Tructyre for over a decade. They are an excellent service provider offering fast response times and effective tyre husbandry thus helping to keep client vehicles moving and keeping costs down. Their culture for service, investment in people, safety and innovation fits well with our team at Bandvulc and we appreciate their recognition of our successful relationship”.
