On top of this Wirsenius has strong roots in the fast moving consumer goods sector, having previously worked for Coca-Cola and ICA, the largest grocery retailer in the Nordics.

Commenting on her appointment, Wirsenius said: “I am excited to be joining a business as people-driven as Autoglass.  My experience has taught me that you can only grow a business by growing its people, and I am determined to translate the strong brand at Autoglass into a compelling employee value proposition. Helping others to grow and develop is one of my passions and I can’t wait to contribute to the already fantastic family culture within the company.”

Taxiarchis Konstantopoulos, managing director of Autoglass commenting on Asa’s appointment said: “Asa is a very talented leader who will be an invaluable member of the Executive Team.  Our people deliver our brand promise to our customers every day, brilliant people are the lifeblood of our business. Asa’s passion for supporting growth in others will ensure that our teams continue to realise their full potential. Our ambition is to make Autoglass the best place our people have ever worked, and with Asa on board I know this is a very achievable target.”
