Terraclean helps NHS fleet clean up

Advanced vehicle engine cleaning brand, TerraClean, is helping vehicle fleets save serious money off their fuel bills and reduce vehicle emissions output.

TerraClean products have proven exceptionally important to public sector fleets, namely: The TerraClean Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) cleaning tool and, diesel engine cleaning machine.

Running a fleet of 360 Ambulances and 175 cars, covering Birmingham, Black Country, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Warwickshire, the West Midlands Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust has embraced the TerraClean service to support vehicles prone to accumulating high mileage and increased engine carbon build-up.

The Trust is therefore using the TerraClean engine cleaning machine, which is connected directly to a vehicle’s fuel rail, for preventative maintenance to reduce this threat and ensure each vehicle runs smoothly.

The TerraClean tools reduce vehicle emissions and restore performance, ensuring fleets remain fuel-efficient, cost-effective and environmentally friendly.

Martin Dowd, managing director of Randstad Ltd, the exclusive TerraClean distributor, said: “As the service significantly increases MPG by up to 15 per cent, reduces emissions and extends component life, it is a must for fleet operators looking to maintain the performance of their vehicles and save both time and money.”
