Sailun to display ‘culmination’ of strategic investments at Reifen 2016

Sailun states that it has boosted sales growth and market share “in many European countries” since the introduction of its new car and truck tyre distribution strategy in 2011. The cornerstones of this strategy, which the manufacturer describes as “relatively simple” with “several key interlocking components”, including the full range of Sailun car, truck and bus, summer, winter, and all-season tyres will be demonstrated on the Sailun stand at Reifen 2016: Hall 7, stand 7D20.

Sailun explains how its strategy has been implemented. It has recruited several “top class local, and national, distributors in every key European market – professional companies who know their respective markets, and all the variants, and who respect and effectively promote the Sailun brand and the product range,” Sailun states. It has also made several appointments of “experienced, ambitious and knowledgeable sales and product personnel – individuals who know the premium economy tyre market – individuals who know what type of tyre is required for each and every market throughout Europe,” it adds.

Sailun has also invested in research and development in order to produce new patterns tailored for the European market: the Atrezzo ZSR, Atrezzo Eco and Atrezzo Elite have all been added to its range as a result. The company also invested in customer service and logistics, which is “recognised as an ongoing improvement process.” It adds that its “ordering, manufacturing, shipping, tracking and invoicing procedures are constantly being reviewed, refined and enhanced.”

The full range of Sailun PCR, TBR, summer, winter and all-season tyres will be on show, including:

  • Atrezzo ZSR runflat tyre
  • SW02 – winter truck tyre
  • SW06 – winter truck tyre
  • S658, a new Eco Super single truck tyre for the European market
  • Atrezzo ZSR SUV
  • Atrezzo Eco
  • Atrezzo Elite
  • City Convoy – a new tyre developed specifically for the bus and coach market
  • Ice Blazer WST3 – a new studdable winter tyre
  • Ice Blazer Endure WSL1 – a new studless light commercial winter tyre
