This year the Birmingham-based Commercial Vehicle Show takes place from 26 to 28 April, and Hankook Tyre UK has provided details of the products it will present at its stand (5C60) at the NEC.

A new all-season tyre joins the SmartFlex range. This 215/75R17.5 fitment has a wide tread pattern that features three-dimensional sipes, characteristics that, according to Hankook, deliver a prolonged tread life and optimum traction. Hankook will also display the on/off-road SmartWork AM09 steer axle tyre and the SmartWork DM09 drive axle fitment, while the AU03+ bus tyre will be introduced with an enhanced load index of 150/145J in response to market and end user demand for such a product.

Hankook’s alphatread retreading line-up will be represented by several products, including the medium haul Hankook alphatread R-DH05 drive axle tyres in size 315/70R22.5 and the alphatread R-TH22 trailer tyre in size 385/65R22.5.
