New DVSA chief executive seeks customers’ views

Before taking up his role as DVSA chief executive on 1 April, Gareth Llewellyn is spending the next two weeks out and about meeting DVSA customers. Llewellyn wants to hear customers’ views on DVSA services and how the agency can continue to offer them convenient, reliable and quality services that meet their needs.

He will be meeting with driving instructors, driving test candidates, motorcycle trainers, MOT testers and garage owners, professional drivers and operators and authorised testing facility owners in a number of locations across Great Britain.

Gareth Llewellyn said: “I’m pleased and proud to have been appointed chief executive of DVSA.

“The services we provide touch the lives of every road user in Great Britain.  Over the next two weeks I will be meeting our customers to hear their views. I am keen to hear what they feel about our organisation and any aspirations and expectations they may have for the way our services should be delivered in the future.”
