Additions to Bosch tyre changer range broadens workshop appeal

The Bosch TCE 4475 is designed for tyre specialists and high volume workshops

Bosch shares that it has enhanced its tyre equipment range to provide technicians with a safe, versatile and time-saving operation, with models that suit every type of workshop. The company’s ‘G-Frame’ concept technology is now at the heart of the Bosch tyre changer range.

Describing G-Frame, Bosch states that “this unique and advanced feature increases the rigidity of the machine, reducing the flow of internal forces, avoiding tyre and rim damage, a must with the RFT and UHP tyres fitted to expensive alloys, while also improving the time it takes to change the tyre. This makes the new machines ideal for high-volume, specialist or dedicated tyre workshops.”

At the top of the range are the TCE 4470 and 4475. These pneumatic titling column tyre changers for passenger cars are especially designed for tyre specialists and high volume workshops. They are equipped with a clamping capacity of 28-inch externally and 32-inch internally.

Bosch has also introduced the value-driven TCE 4400 and 4405. These offer a pneumatic tilt back column tyre changer to lower and medium-volume workshops. They are equipped with a 20-inch (external clamping) round turntable, pneumatic locking of the tool and the pneumatic bead breaker.

These new additions to the range complement the existing TCE 4430 and the TCE 4435 tilt-back tyre changers, which are equipped with a 22-inch (external clamping) round turntable and available with all the same options as the TCE 4470/4475 series.
