Chicago Pneumatic launches new balloon jack range

Chicago Pneumatic’s high lifting capacity CP882XX

Chicago Pneumatic has launched a new series of balloon jacks. The high lifting capacity CP882XX is recommended for light vehicle tyre changing applications and auto body shop work. They are available with a short or long handle, with two or three balloons, and in two trolley models to best suit users’ needs.

With a lifting capacity of two tons from a low profile of 115mm in the uninflated position up to a height of 560mm, the lightweight jacks are designed to be easy to operate and manoeuvre. They are ergonomic with a soft material handle grip, which makes them comfortable to use, and they have a three position adjustable handle, including an on/off lever.

The CP balloon jacks are also robust, providing a long service life. They have a highly resistant diaphragm, and tough composite wheels, helping them to withstand the rigours of busy workshop environments.

“We’re pleased to introduce the new balloon jacks as part of our high quality workshop equipment range. We can now offer a full one-stop-shop solution for the vehicle service industry with high quality air tools, dedicated accessories as well as a bigger range of workshop equipment,” says Luis Clement, vice president Chicago Pneumatic Tools. “We can provide aftermarket professionals with a large choice of high quality equipment enabling them to do their job profitably while providing a safer work environment.”

Chicago Pneumatic’s line of workshop equipment also includes reliable jack stands, bottle and floor jacks, air-hydraulic jacks and presses, torque wrenches and other accessories.  All equipment is fully CE and TUV certified, so users can be assured the equipment they are using adheres to safety standards developed for operational safety in the workplace.
