Northern Ireland NFDA members meet in Belfast

The National Franchised Dealers Association is holding its annual meeting and dinner for Northern Ireland members today in Belfast. The association, which represents commercial vehicle and franchised car retailers across the UK, will discuss and analyse the new and used car market both in the UK and Northern Ireland. The meeting will also include a lobbying update, informing members of this year’s past and current activities in the UK and Europe.

Sue Robinson, NFDA Director comments, “Every year we feel it is important for us to meet with our member’s in Northern Ireland and give them an overview of what their association has been working on to support them.

“It is also a great opportunity for our members to give us their feedback and ideas on issues affecting the industry.”

The NFDA’s service plans, changes to consumer credit, the enquiry into GAP insurance and updates on the four working groups – F&I, Used Cars, Aftersales and HR & Training – are also on the agenda. The meeting will be followed by an informal dinner.
