Kirkby Tyres brings latest BKT, Alliance speciality tyres to UK
Speke-based wholesaler Kirkby Tyres continues to supply the latest speciality tyres from Indian manufacturer BKT and exclusive brand Alliance to the UK. The latest fitments from both ranges include a number of port tyres, solid forklift tyres and an E rated high speed crane tyre from BKT, while Kirkby will now supply a new tyre for liquid fertiliser spreaders and a slurry tanker tyre from Alliance.
BKT’s latest ports tyres comprise:
- 1200R24 24 PLY XL GRIP E3
- 1600R25 32 PLY SM54 Smooth
- 1800R25 40 PLY Container King E4
- 1800R33 40 PLY Industrial Port E4
The manufacturer’s solid forklift range – branded as BKT Maglift – will also be supplied by Kirkby. The wholesaler explains that the Maglift has achieved excellent results in tests by “major forklift manufacturers”, with original equipment deals to follow. Finally, BKT has a new high speed crane tyre: the 445/95R25 Airomax AM27 174F (E RATED). A new website was also promised by Kirkby.
Kirkby’s exclusive Alliance brand is also offering some new tyres for use in specialist agricultural applications. The 800/65R32 360 Pattern 181A8 for use on slurry tankers is now available, while a liquid fertiliser spreader tyre, the 580/70R38 Farm Pro 180A8 is also now supplied by the wholesaler.
