Watling Tyres signs up for CAM’s UniSerV

Home counties independent tyre dealer, Watling Tyres has signed up to CAM’s UniSerV application suite.  The platform will assist the retailer, which is primarily focused on commercial business, in streamlining job sheet processing, saving considerable admin time and cost, and professionalising its operation further.

The UniSerV application suite offers features particularly suited to the commercial segment, such as call logging; customer policy and contract management; and Tablet technology for job and breakdown forms.  It also integrates seamlessly into CAM’s Cameo platform for systemised updating of stock and near real-time invoicing, making commercial functions speedier, less costly to process and, ultimately, easier and cheaper to manage.

Roger Flury, managing director at Watling Tyres, says: “We’re confident significant cost-time savings will be gained with minimum effort from our business.  Speeding up data input and reducing double data entry is critical to maximise efficiencies and UniSerV will allow us to achieve this.”

Mike Allen, managing director at CAM, comments: “The whole process is seamless, paperless and painless.  It enhances customer satisfaction and improves cash flow, as invoices are generated systematically, allowing dealers to be paid more efficiently.”
