Dexel goes live with CAM UniSerV system integration

The Dexel Tyre Group’s integration of CAM’s UniSerV application suite has gone live. The system is designed to help the commercial tyre supplier to increase job sheet processing efficiency. The system also provides a smoother transactional solution with tablet technology utilised for commercial jobs and breakdowns. Straight Through Processing should help to guard against job duplication whether undertaken in depot or on site. Invoices are generated systematically for work completed, improving operational visibility and performance measurement.

James France, managing director at Dexel Tyres, says, “By removing duplicate data entry and automating the transaction from fitment to invoicing through the use of electronic Tablet based job sheets, our managers will greatly reduce admin time and increase efficiencies at the depot.”

Mike Allen, managing director of CAM, comments, “The UniSerV platform is robust, simple to process and streamlined so, together with the Tablet technology for fitters, customers can maximise efficiencies significantly around administration and billing.”
