Zeus Launches New Triofill Product

Zeus, a division of Dortmund-based Rösler, has launched a new off-highway tyre filling product. The company describes Triofill as being the “next generation” of off-highway tyre filling technology, systems and products, which coupled with a new electrically driven pumping system, will “re-define the way in which tyre filling technology and its wide diversity of applications will grow in the future.”

The international marketing of the new product began in Ireland recently with the appointment of ITS (Industrial Tyre Services, Near Dublin, Ireland) as the Zeus brand’s first Premier Dealer. ITS will have responsibility for launching, distributing and developing Zeus Triofill across Eire.

Triofill’s unique feature is that it is based on an innovative three component structure. Most fills are made up of two different types of polyurethane. Triofill includes a third element – that of granulated rubber, which according to the company, dramatically enhances its physical properties, particularly its physical strength.

Rösler managing director, Martin Rösler explained that Triofill is greener, cleaner and more cost efficient, offering a greatly improved overall performance. The system features a completely redesigned pumping machine. It is also the first electrically driver tyre filling system of its kind, which is quieter and solvent free. According to the company it is also easier and quicker to clean, more environmentally friendly and over 10 litres a minute faster than traditional pumps.

As the first Zeus Premier Dealer, ITS will deliver Triofill through a “Total Tyre Filling, Mounting and Demounting Service.” This will include a fully integrated “Used Tyre Filling Materials – Collection and Recycling Service.” This means used Triofill material is collected as part of the service, with none going to landfill or incineration.
